I love just about any form of art but my current passion is jewelry. I enjoy all things nature and try my best to live as green as possible. My jewelery is made up of some vintage jewelery that might have otherwise ended up in a landfill. Each with their own story now made into something new and beautiful. I also use items I have found on my long walks along the beaches of Lake Erie as well as from trips I have taken to the Eastern Coast and Gulf of Mexico. Some of these found items are beach glass, pottery that has been tumbled by the waves, shells, drift wood, and unique stones. If I use any new items they are made of natural substances such as semi-precious gem stones, shell and wood. I make my own chains from natural fibers that are biodegradable and earth friendly yet very durable such as hemp, cotton, and bamboo. You can check out my blog at theblushingdaisy.blogspot.com
