My name is Tricia and I have been making jewellery for as long as I can remember - after my son was born in 2009, I decided to start my own business selling my jewellery. I began selling at local craft & artisan fairs and then quickly moved on to having my own website.

My collections now include bracelets, necklaces earrings, brooches and rings. Every piece has been carefully handcrafted in Devon, UK using ethically sourced, genuine gemstones, alongside sterling silver, copper, shell, glass & wooden beads.  Tricky's Boutique has been featured in prominent UK fashion magazines such As Marie Claire & Style.

Paula Gaete Jewelry Artist

Drawing inspiration from Matisse and her many world travels, Paula Gaete’s jewelry is an expression of her joy and zest for life.

A graduate from the University of Massachusetts with a degree in Anthropology/Sociology, Paula also studied Art History, Jewelry Making and Weaving, and first started working as a silversmith in Cambridge, MA shortly after college.

Working a full-time job and raising a son, Paula has also been employed in many aspects of the jewelry business, from sales at Bloomingdales to production work, finally establishing her own jewelry company 12 years ago.

“I have been very fortunate to travel to many parts of the world and have been greatly influenced by what I absorbed in the wonderful museums and the different cultures I have visited. I have a great love for ethnic jewelry and find much of my inspiration comes from the designs from Africa, Egypt, China and the American Southwest.”

I offer distinctive handcrafted jewelry made of high quality semi-precious gemstones, metals and organic materials. My collections are inspired by Nature, places I've visited, people I've met, emotions, inner experiences, or simply specific healing needs. I add new items on a weekly basis (except when I'm travelling, rockhounding, doing shows, or just doing overtime on mom-duty). My intent is to have people stop for a moment to really observe, enjoy and learn more about even such casual items as are accessories, so I show close-ups of my pieces and provide interesting information about them. Hello and welcome to Holly Cottage! I'm Judith Rudolph and I design and make all the jewelry you see in my online store.

Many of my designs feature lampwork glass beads created by master artisans throughout the United States and Canada. Most are independent artists with home studios. I love working with them because it feels good to support their businesses, but especially because the beads they produce are the best you can get anywhere. The creativity, hand detailing, and high quality they offer is truly without equal.

Some of my necklaces feature beautiful and unusual gemstones set in handcrafted Sterling Silver pendants. I create the necklaces with pearls, silver and/or gemstone beads to complement each pendant. Most are are one-of-a-kind.

Like most creative people, I'm forever finding fresh inspiration, so you will always find something new and different at Holly Cottage Designs. I use only high quality components and take great care with every detail in designing and crafting each piece. My goal is for you to be even more pleased with your choice when you receive it than when you saw it on your computer monitor!

I started AnotherUse in 2009 when I wanted to think of a way to join the "green" movement. I'm very creative and jewelry has always been something I've loved to make. I stumbled across an idea that utilized old magazines, and turned it into my own. Now my jewelry has blossomed into what it is today; eco-friendly, vintage-inspired, funky, statement jewelry.

Most of my pieces incorporate 50-90% upcycled/recycled components. I've recently started requesting donated jewelry that is useless to others, so that I can recreate it into something fresh and new. I have received some fascinating items so far!

 

It has only been recently that I have started taking my hobby seriously, and have the drive to turn it into a career. So far it has made slow progress, but progress nonetheless. I know that if I don't give up, it will eventually pay off.

My daughters are quite the inspiration for me as I work toward building my own business. They both contribute so much in helping out, they are very creative and we have great fun working together on this venture!

 Beaded Jewelry by Susan features beautiful, affordable jewelry in classic designs--using unusual, vintage, and handmade beads.

For the past 20 years, I have been designing with beads from a wide range of materials: stone, glass, crystal, metal, cloisonnée, bone, horn, porcelain, ceramic, wood. Each design is completely unique: one-of-a-kind pieces that you will not see anyone else wearing.

The designs include elegant styles for special occasions, eye-catching treasures of lampworked glass, crystal, precious metal, or special vintage beads, usually in formal, dressy designs. My more casual jewelry is for everyday wear: at work, at home, with dresses, pants, or bluejeans. And I have lots of ethnic pieces with a touch of exotic far-away places and colorful patterns.

My work is only available at etsy.com (nearly 300 items listed) and at an annual indoor fair in Champaign-Urbana, Illinois, where I live with my husband and our five cats. When I’m not working in my studio, I’m busy with freelance editing from my home, flower gardening, reading literature, enjoying music and movies, and playing with our cats.
